The terms for using Guur's website, emails and courses.

By using Guur's website, emails, courses, guides and calculators (the “content”), you agree to these terms. The Mongolian version is on the Үйлчилгээний нөхцөл page.

1. Education only

All of Guur's content is general information for education. It is not tax, legal, investment or financial advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account.

2. No professional relationship

Using the site, sending a question or taking a course does not create a professional relationship (such as tax professional, lawyer or financial adviser and client) between you and Guur. Guur does not prepare tax returns, give individual advice or recommend stocks or funds. Talk to a licensed professional before you make a decision.

3. Accuracy

We work to check our information against official sources. But laws and amounts change every year, so content may contain mistakes or be out of date. Check the date on each article and confirm with the official source.

4. Calculators

The site's calculators give estimates. Results depend on the numbers you enter, example exchange rates and the rules for that year. Confirm with an official source or a professional before you make a decision.

5. Limitation of liability

  • The content is provided “as is”.
  • To the extent the law allows, Guur is not responsible for direct or indirect losses that come from using the content.

6. Questions you send

  • Do not include your SSN, account numbers or tax documents in a question.
  • We may use questions, without names and edited, in articles, videos and news. By sending a question, you agree to this.
  • We are not obliged to answer every question. Answers are general information, not advice.
  • Do not send content that is illegal, abusive or violates someone else's rights.

7. Intellectual property

Guur's text, videos, graphics and guides belong to Guur. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print and share the “Money Talk” kit and the “10 myths” guide for free meetings, family and friends. For anything else, ask us for written permission.

8. Links to other sites

We link to official sites such as the IRS and SSA, and to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post them here with a new date. If you keep using the content after a change, you accept the new terms. When paid courses open, we will add payment and refund terms here.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
