How Guur collects, uses and protects your information.

This policy explains how Guur (“we”) collects, uses and protects your information through our website, emails and courses. The Mongolian version is on the Нууцлалын бодлого page.
1. What we collect

We never ask for your SSN, ITIN, account numbers or tax documents. Please don't send them.
2. How we use it
- To send course emails, the monthly newsletter and guides.
- To answer your questions.
- To understand and improve how the site is used.
- To meet legal requirements.
3. Who we share it with
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- Service providers that work for us: web hosting and statistics (Cloudflare), an email-sending service and a form service for questions. They use the information only to provide their service to us.
- When required by law or a court.
4. Cookies and third-party tracking
Our site does not use cookies for statistics. No third party collects information about your activity across different websites over time through our site. Numbers you type into the calculators are calculated on your own device and are not sent anywhere.
5. “Do Not Track” signals
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard yet, our site does not respond to it in a special way. We do not track you across other sites.
6. Unsubscribing and your data
- Every email has an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom.
- To see, correct or delete your information, write to us through the “Send a question” form. We reply within 30 days.
7. How long we keep it, and how we protect it
- Questions sent through the form are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
- If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only on a “do not send” list so we don't email you again.
- We use reputable services and two-step sign-in. Still, no method of sending data over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children
Guur is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post it here with a new date. For major changes, we will also tell subscribers by email.
